Picked for your trade
A demolition means a clean-out. A new house means a yard, a fence and a move-in. A laneway house needs a heat pump. We tag every permit with the trades it matters to.

Where the data comes from
Permits are public records. We publish what each city publishes about the work (address, type, value, description, contractor), never details about owners. We don’t look up homeowners or add contact details.
